We’re a family owned business focusing on helping homeowners find solutions to their real estate problems. We help homeowners who can’t sell their property for a variety of reasons or just need to sell their house quickly.
We specialize in acquiring below market, distressed residential and commercial real estate throughout the United States. Once we acquire these distressed properties we then renovate and/or stabilize the properties, helping to improve the quality of homes and neighborhoods where we invest.
Our projects include single family residence and apartment buildings that we completely restore and renovate. Once acquired and improved, we either sell to a conventional buyer or an investor; or we hold the property providing clean and affordable rental housing to individuals in the marketplace we are investing.

CEO and Founder: Justin Lee
Justin Lee is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of ABI Investments, LLC which he launched in 2003. He owns and operates several businesses throughout the U.S. Prior to becoming a real estate investor, he worked in telecommunications sales and as a mortgage broker in the Washington, DC area. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelors of Arts in both Economics and History from the Pennsylvania State University. A native of Vancouver, BC, he currently resides in San Diego, CA with his wife Dreama and 2 children.

Dreama Towe Lee is the Founder and President of ABI Investments, LLC. She owns and operates several businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to becoming a real estate investor, she worked in policy and public relations in the Federal government in Washington, DC. Mrs. Lee holds a Bachelors of Arts in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia. A native of Virginia, Ms. Lee resides in San Diego, CA with her husband, Justin and 2 children.

James Cooney was born and raised in the Napa Valley, CA. Prior to Real Estate, Mr. Cooney worked in the beer and wine industry. He has over 15 years in Sales and Management expereience, representing independent as well as multi-national businesses.

Mr. Mopal has more than ten years of experience in customer engagement and team management prior to joining ABI Investments. He has worked with many well known international brands in the financial industry including: American Express, JP Morgan Chase & Co, and Citibank.
Mr. Mopal holds a Nursing degree from AMA University and a Business Administration degree from the University of Cebu.
Mr. Mopal resides in the Philippines.
